At RR Dentistry, our approach is tailored to your individual needs, and costs vary depending on the treatment. As a fee-for-service practice, we focus on value-driven care—not rushed, insurance-dictated decisions. We’re always happy to provide detailed estimates after a personalized consultation.

A. We do everything we can to get you in the same day. RR Dentistry reserves time each day for dental emergencies like toothaches, broken crowns, or lost fillings. We call these appointments our Precision Focused Exams. If you're experiencing urgent pain or a dental injury, call us right away.

A. Common signs include tooth sensitivity, pain when chewing, bleeding gums, bad breath, or visible holes in teeth. Sometimes there are no noticeable symptoms until the issue has progressed—another reason routine check-ups are so important for early detection.

A. Brush twice a day for two minutes using a fluoride containing toothpaste, floss daily, and rinse with a cleansing mouthwash. We also recommend using an electric toothbrush (our favorite is the Oral B iO) and scheduling routine cleanings. Our team is always happy to demonstrate techniques and recommend products personalized to your smile.

A. The most common types are composite (tooth-colored) and amalgam (silver) fillings. At RR Dentistry, we only use composite fillings for their aesthetics, ability to bond with natural tooth structure and strength. They mimic nature, are durable, mercury-free, and blend beautifully with your smile.

We also are aware of all natural alternatives when needed or fluoride is not the best option for the individual patient. Please ask us for an alternative to fluoride as we want to empower you and provide the level of care you deserve and expect.

A. Your first visit at RR Dentistry is the Peak Wellness Exam—a 75-minute, in-depth experience focused on whole health. You’ll receive full digital imaging, an oral cancer screening, airway evaluation, a bite assessment, and one-on-one time with your dentist to discuss your goals and concerns. It’s a refreshing upgrade from the typical rushed checkup.

A. We choose to be out of network so we can provide care that’s tailored to you—not limited by insurance restrictions. Many plans set rules on the time, materials, and technology we can use. By remaining independent, we’re able to deliver the exceptional, personalized care our patients expect. While we aren’t contracted with any plans, we do file all insurance claims on your behalf. Most plans will pay our office directly, and our experienced insurance coordinator is here to help you understand and maximize your benefits.

A. Fee-for-service means you pay for your care at the time of your visit, rather than the office billing insurance first and waiting for their approval. This model lets us focus on what’s best for your health—not what’s covered or denied. We’ll file your insurance claims for you, and most plans will send payment directly to our office. Our insurance coordinator is here to guide you every step of the way and ensure you get the most from your plan.
