AMY,

Amy graduated from Texas Woman’s University, class of 1996,
and has been a dental hygienist for many years. She is married
and has two wonderful children and an amazing son-in-law. Amy
enjoys hunting and watching Texas A&M football. Spending
time with her family is her absolute favorite activity. She is
grateful for the many blessings in her life, particularly her
work at RR Dentistry, which she considers her second family.
EMILY

EMILY,
Office Administrator
Emily joined the administrative team at RR Dentistry in
December 2019. She has a background in multiple areas of
insurance and customer service. In 2020, Emily married her
high school sweetheart, Andrew, and in 2024, they welcomed
their adorable daughter, Ava, into the world. Emily enjoys
spending time with her family, being outdoors, and watching
football in her spare time — she is a Chiefs fan. She also
loves visiting the mountains and feels completely at home in
the dental lodge. Born and raised in Georgetown, Emily
considers providing her community with compassionate care
and exceptional experiences at RR Dentistry a privilege.
JULI,
RDH
Juli earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from
UT Health San Antonio in 2019. Raised in Georgetown, she was
a patient at RR Dentistry her entire life. Juli joined the
team as a dental hygienist in 2021, having always aspired to
be a hygienist. She loves serving her patients and enjoys
building relationships with them. Advocating for patients'
oral health, overall health, and preventive care is very
important to her. Outside of her professional life, Juli is
a vibrant individual with a range of interests. She enjoys
staying active through exercising, hiking, and playing
sports like golf, pickleball, and volleyball. Her personal
life is equally fulfilling, as she has been happily married
since 2018 and shares her home with a loving family of furry
companions that include both dogs and cats.
LaDONNA

LaDONNA,
HYGIENE COORDINATOR
LaDonna, a native of Central Texas, has a deep love for the
people and community of Georgetown. She brought this passion
to the RR Dentistry team in 2021 as our Hygiene Coordinator.
Her favorite aspect of dentistry is building relationships
with the team and patients. When she is not in the office,
LaDonna enjoys bike rides with her husband, Johnny, and
spending quality time with her daughter, son, and
daughter-in-law.
LISA,
RDA
Lisa joined RR Dentistry in December 2017 but has been
working in the dental field since 1995. With her many years
of experience, Lisa's greatest passions are educating
patients and dedicating herself to comprehensive care. She
and her husband, Steve, have been married since 1993. They
love spending time outdoors with their greatest joys — their
grandchildren! Lisa and Steve also have two wonderful
children. Their daughter, Kayla, is an RN, and their son,
Shane, has served in the Army and continues to serve in the
National Guard. Lisa considers raising her family the most
rewarding work of her life.
LIZ,

Liz has been a highly trained registered dental assistant in
the dental field since 1988 and has served as Dr. Smith's
dental assistant since 1997. She finds it extremely rewarding
to make a difference in her patients' lives through their
smiles. Liz resides in Taylor, TX, with her husband, two
daughters, and an adorable granddaughter. Liz enjoys gardening
and spending quality time with her family in her spare time.
LANI,

Lani has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2017 and
joined the RR Dentistry family in 2021. Raised in Lago Vista,
TX, she has settled in Georgetown. Lani loves the challenges
and excitement involved in the dental field. The doctors at RR
Dentistry provide excellent dental care using the most
up-to-date technology, which Lani finds thrilling. She has
always been passionate about helping others and ensuring that
every patient who walks through the doors leaves with a smile
brings her great satisfaction. Outside of work, Lani's
heart lies in spending quality time with her husband, Josh,
and their son, Phelps. The family is an active part of the
Celebration Church in Georgetown. In her free time, Lani
enjoys exploring new local eateries and breweries, as well as
cheering on the Longhorns. Her love for outdoor activities,
such as volleyball and golf, keeps her active and energized.
This personal side of Lani adds depth to her professional
profile and helps us connect with her on a more personal
level.

Angie joined RR Dentistry in 2023, bringing with her a wealth
of knowledge and many years of experience in the dental field.
She enjoys getting to know her patients and educating them
about their oral health. At home, Angie spends her time with
her children, cooking, traveling, and going to the lake.

Meagan, our dedicated Treatment Coordinator, was born and
raised on the West Coast but has found her calling in the
Austin area. With a wealth of experience in the dental field,
she cherishes the chance to interact with a variety of
wonderful people every day. Meagan's passion for her work is
evident in her commitment to the unique team at RR Dentistry,
where she works alongside talented and caring
professionals. She leads an active lifestyle,
exploring everything the area has to offer. Meagan also
cherishes her time with family and her church community.
Susie
New Patient Coordinator
Susie,
New Patient Coordinator
Susie joined RR Dentistry in 2013 and loves introducing new
patients to the practice as the New Patient Coordinator. She
has always been interested in meeting new people and feels she
is in the role God designed for her, considering it a
blessing. When she's not at work, Susie's heart is with
her family. Being "Mimsie" to her twin grandsons and
granddaughters brings her immense joy; she cherishes every
moment spent with them.
ANGELA,
RDH
Angela was born in New York and raised in Florida. After
graduating from Tallahassee Community College, she moved to
Zurich, Switzerland, to practice dental hygiene in a private
office. She spent 11 years teaching her Swiss patients about
the importance of good oral health and its relation to their
overall health. Angela is described as having a good sense of
humor but is also dedicated to her patients and provides
compassionate dental care. When not practicing hygiene,
Angela's passion for travel takes her to new and exciting
places. She has explored over 140 cities in 30 countries,
enriching her life and broadening her horizons. Angela's love
for adventure is complemented by her linguistic skills, as she
speaks four languages. She also enjoys cooking and is
currently learning the art of sewing. Angela's journey led her
to Texas, where she now resides with her husband, James.
KELSEY
Insurance Coordinator
KELSEY,
Insurance Coordinator
Kelsey joined the admin team at RR Dentistry in 2024. She has
been in the dental field since 2019. Having previously honed
her dental assistant skills, Kelsey brings a wealth of
knowledge in patient care, dental procedures, and office
operations. Originally from California, she has lived in
Wyoming and Texas since 2018. Kelsey enjoys spending time with
her family, friends, and lab mix puppy. She loves traveling to
new places, but any mountain town holds a special place in her
heart.
PAM,
RDH
Pam has been a hygienist for over 30 years and has worked at
RR Dentistry since 2001. She grew up in Wichita Falls, where
she attended Midwestern State University, achieving her BAAS
and Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. Pam has two married
sons — Blake who is married to Tiffani, and Austin who is
married to Lindsey. She enjoys spending time with her
family, especially her grandchildren. Outdoors is where you
will find her — running, gardening, and enjoying God’s
creation. Pam loves people and finds working as a dental
hygienist an honor. She believes in serving wholeheartedly,
as expressed in Ephesians 6:7: “Serve wholeheartedly as if
you were serving the Lord, not people.”

Shea,

Having joined the RR Dentistry team, Shea is a dedicated
Dental Insurance Coordinator from sunny California
passionate about making dental care accessible to everyone.
With a strong commitment to serving our community, she takes
pride in making the process as smooth as possible for each
patient. Outside of the office, she treasures her time away
from the hustle and bustle. Whether it’s a relaxing camping
trip, a round of golf, or an adventurous weekend getaway
with her husband and dogs, she relishes in the simplicity
and beauty of nature. These moments spent outdoors not only
refresh her spirit but also deepen her appreciation for
life’s little joys.
Kayley,
RDH
Kayley graduated with honors from SFASU with a Bachelor’s
degree in health science. She then completed her dental
hygiene degree at Blinn college. Kayley’s favorite part of
being a dental hygienist is connecting with patients on a
personal level and being a resource by providing tips for
maintaining a healthy smile. She strives to provide her
patients with gentle and compassionate care.
Born and raised here in the Austin area, Kayley is
married to her husband and has two Australian Shepherd fur
babies. When she is not seeing patients, some of her
favorite hobbies are spending time with her friends and
family, working out, reading, shopping, and listening to
music.
