If you need a dentist...this is THE OFFICE to go to. Friendly staff that calls you by name everytime!!! They will schedule your appointment for your convenience. Amy S. is such a wonderful hygienist. They really care about you and your dental needs!!! 5 stars all day!!!

Very professional and friendly staff.

Had a great experience here! I am very anxious and stressed when it comes to seeing a dentist. Everyone that I came in contact with is friendly and knowledgeable. Susie took the time to talk to me and put me at ease when I called to make my appointment. Dr. Kupec took his time explaining all my options and answering my questions. In no way did I feel rushed during my exam. He is genuine and caring and tells you like it is.

Not only is this place GORGEOUS but the staff is top notch. Love everyone here. Such beautiful people with great energy. And then there's Dr Chad Abrams...this man must be protected at all costs. In my 43 years of dental nightmares I have never experienced a pain-free visit until today. I recall at one point saying "take my money". I may not be made of money but I will gladly pay for the amazing service this place has to offer.

Visited R&R Dentistry for a scheduled cleaning. Julie took care of me like family. Very comfortable, easy process. Could not imagine it going any better.

I had used this group in the past but chose to transfer with a practice closer to home. Came back for a second opinion on costly work that as it has been proven was not as it should have been. Dr. A spent quality times explaining and clarifying All of my questions with no sense of hurriedness~so grateful. Hanna, his assistant, was incredibly mindful of my apprehension of a series of painful x-rays. NO PAIN! Always ask for Hanna, I believe she should be a teacher sharing her gift. This group is quite professional, caring, and worth your time and money for good dental care.

I had an exceptional experience a RR Dentistry today. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Roberson took the time to explain every procedure clearly and answered all my questions with patience. I appreciated the advanced technology they used when cleaning my teeth, making my treatment quick and painless and now sparkly white. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a top-notch dentist!

I have been a patient for several years. Everyone is great. I want to single out Julie. She has cleaned my teeth for years, and always asks how I am and interacts with genuine interest. I love how she sings along with the music in the office while she works. Priceless!

My teen son had an appointment for a 2nd opinion the other day and he came home really educated about the concern he had and finally felt comfortable with the decision he made. He wants to give a shout out Dr.R and the assistants that helped Denise and Loni, (I think that’s their name) they worked great together! His words “my dentist was cool! And Dad they are so clean and organized” it takes a lot for my teen to like and open up to someone, so means a lot as a parent! 5 stars

I was treated like royalty. Very professional and courteous care. Kristina is a great hygienist, very meticulous in her profession and Dr Roach always seems to be very pleased with her attention to detail. A great place for dental care!

Going to the dentist is usually an unpleasant experience—except at R&R. Dr roberson is professional, competent , cutting edge and has your best interest at heart. The staff is friendly yet easy going and makes you feel welcome. The office and exam rooms are brilliant. Would give 6/5 if possible.

Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. Dr. Abrams and the staff are awesome. It's a little bit like cheers because everyone knows my name and they treat me like family. I used to have anxiety when walking into a dentist but that has changed since I have been a patient here. I currently drive an hour and pass 30 other dentist to go to this office because of how they treat me and my family. If you don't like going to the dentist definitely give them a try I promise you will not be disappointed!!

Amy has been cleaning my teeth for years and she is wonderful. It’s like seeing a friend at the office. She always asks about my kids and work and makes it a pleasure to get my cleaning! Dr Roach is always so gentle and kind during an exam. I love this office!

I am grateful for the excellent care I received today as Dr Roberson performed a dental procedure for me. The assistant and everyone in the office were extremely helpful and very professional. Thank you for making a possible difficult day and absolutely pleasant experience!

They were pretty much on time, and Dr. Kupec took the time necessary to do the work right.

On my first day the staffing were all so very welcoming, kind, informative, and gentle, they all make you feel comfortable being there. Susie has a gentle soul with a warm heart, welcomed me like family. Angie the dental assistant so gentle with especially with x rays since my tooth is broken and in pain, she took that extra step to comfort me in order to have an xray of my teeth. I met Dr. Roberson DDS who is full of knowledge, I’ll be seeing him for more work on my teeth.

My care was delivered with efficiency, and the team made sure that I understood what was happening and that I was doing all right. I dislike going to the dentist, my previous visit was 8 years ago. I had to have a tooth extraction. RR Dentistry is a very clean, modern and friendly place to go. They took care of me and communicated options well. Despite having a tooth extracted, I was able to return to work for the remainder of the day, and I'd say my pain and swelling was minimal.

Dr Abrams was great at turning what could be a pretty horrible experience--tooth extraction and implant insertion--into something fun. He is always willing to answer my questions about the procedures and results.

I enjoy going there. The people who work their actually engage with the customers. A lIttle conversation can put you at ease, and I appreciate that from them. From the front desk to the Dentists. Good people! Highly recommended for that and their service level. If you have to go to a Dentist, give them a try.

TEN STARS! Dr. Roberson and Lani ARE AMAZING! Unfortunately, I needed a crown... but the experience I had made my dental treatment a breeze. Getting numb was a super easy and didn't hurt, which is usually the worst part! It was totally painless, and my crown (done in the same appointment) is perfect. I'm no longer getting food packed.... couldn't be happier! HIGHLY recommend!!

For many years, I was not prioritizing my teeth because I honestly felt I did not need to. I was blessed with really good teeth, but with age, as everything else, things eventually catch up to you! I’m absolutely in love with this practice ~ Dr. Chad Abrams is the best! He is kind, warm, genuine, funny, caring and communicative!!! Every thing he does he explains & tells you first. I am not a sitting duck left wondering. 😁 Also his assistant Brenda is caring, sweet & professional (she too explains step by step!); the front desk staff is warm, friendly, and professional ~ and they even allow for text communication which helps this busy gal tremendously! The checkout is nothing less than the rest of the process ~ very private in a separate room, personal and professional. Nothing about RR Dentistry is intimidating. Believe it or not I actually look forward to going to the dentist! I drive 30 minutes to get there snd they are well worth it! Dr. Ryan Roberson is such a very smart and professional dentist. I have an amazing experience in his clinic for my dental health and treatment. He went above and beyond to explain for me what is the cause of my tooth pain- ( I had experience it for more than 4-5 months and my previous dentist didn’t give any solution or treatment )- and what treatment options were available for me to choose. When it comes to your health go for a professional, smart and a doctor that he is confident about his knowledge like Dr. Ryan Roberson!!! Also special thanks to Angie, Susie, and Megan!! The Dental Office they have setup is inclusive, friendly and warm. The staff were amazing. The actual dental team that saw me was amazing down from the Doctor (Doctor Abrams) - I have especially nice things to say about him, He was down to earth, personable, and didn't talk down to me for having anxiety about going to the dentist. I haven't enjoyed going to the dentist in the past but he made me feel like I could trust his care and he would genuinely keep me safe. His Staff that help support him are upstanding, they took their time and didn't belittle me for being nervous. Not to mention Suzie at the front desk, I feel as though sometimes they may get overlooked Suzie helped me in an enormous way by helping me get my documents squared away so the appointment could go smoothly. 2nd Edit: Juli did an amazing job easing fears, and making sure the appointment went pain free and fear free. Everyone from the Doctors, to the RDHs, RDAs, and the Front desk staff are amazing. 3rd Edit: I had a Crown that wasn't cooperating with me and causing some pain, the entire care team here took amazing care of me. Everyone from the front desk staff helping the schedules come together, to the RDA assisting Doctor Abrams. Doctor Abrams did an amazing job of walking me through everything despite having some pharmacological assistance to help the appointment move smoother, however he still maintained professional demeanor. the RDA assisting him with the procedure did a really amazing job. Once again I want to thank the front desk staff for being amazing and being able to work with me on getting some times that fit in both our schedules. As per usual Great stuff y'all This practice is the epitome of what makes a great dental practice for those that suffer from dental fear like myself. Two big thumbs up from me. Had a cap put on my tooth It was a good experience when I got to there. They took me right away. Gave me my shots. Two hours later. I was out with a brand new cap on the tooth. Everything went smooth. Very little inconvenience. No pain looks good. Feels good. Couldn’t have gone any better thumbs up Anyone Needs anything done. This is the man.

I have had significant fear about getting to a dentist for a lot of reasons - but they all were SO kind, patient, gentle and compassionate. I never thought I would explain dental visits as "sweet experiences", but I was so blown away by the friendly and welcoming demeanor of everyone in the office. Everything we experienced at RR Dentistry was EXCEPTIONAL! The office staff was so helpful and attentive, and the office itself was very comfortable, clean, and inviting - even with a cozy fireplace. Dr. Roach explained everything so clearly and was very personable. His examination was VERY thorough. Dr. Abrams took the time to come in to talk with us as well - very much appreciated! Such nice, caring people there :) The costs and insurance were explained very clearly by the finance staff person. We have never been to such an excellent dental office before. I’m from Alaska and was referred to this dentistry by a close friend. The service and treatment was to the highest level. People were friendly and treatment great . Great place! . Plan to return for any additional needs.

I LOVE RR DENTISTRY! As a person that wasn’t blessed with the best genetics when it comes to my teeth, I’ve seen my fair share of dentist offices over the years. I’ve had countless fillings and 4 root canals…2 cracked teeth…you name it, unfortunately I’ve had it. And when I tell you that Dr Roach is THE BEST DENTIST I have ever been to, I’m trying really hard not to overhype this crew! 10/10, including the other dentist on the team! The staff is great, the tech is super modern and their touch is light and easy. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Just got back from an appointment with Dr. Ryan Roberson at RR Dentistry. Wow!! What a delightful experience to speak with a dentist who is extremely knowledgeable about airway and myofunctional therapy!! Dr. Roberson and his staff are not only incredibly knowledgeable & proficient but also extremely polite and professional; they took their time helping us and making sure we understood the things he was explaining to us. I teared up a few times during our consultation just because of how appreciative we were of their knowledge and service, and I even gave the receptionist a hug for how grateful we were for their kindness ❤️ Our experience there was absolutely top-notch—the best service I’ve possibly ever received from any medical office I’ve ever visited, ever. I would 100% recommend Dr. Roberson and his clinic to *anyone* looking into airway/myofunctional therapy or even general dentistry. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

I called RR Dentistry on the morning of 12/06/23, they immediately got me in same day for my tooth pain. I did require a tooth extraction. I had a bad experience a few months ago at another dentist and was terrified along with stress of life. This was totally a different experience. I recently lost my husband very suddenly and tragically. From the moment that I walked in that office I could feel the love and pure sympathy. Words are not enough to explain the gratitude I have for Dr Arbrams. I felt no pain at all. He explained every step. He was fast and efficient. Dr. Arbrams is not only a great dentist but a caring, selfless amazing person! Thank you!!

Everyone that I encountered at RR was just fantastic. So kind and patient. They went above and beyond to work me in urgently even though I was a new patient. They were attentive and understanding of my anxiety towards past terrible dental experiences. This is the only dentist I have ever actually enjoyed interacting with.

It was very calming and everyone is extreemly nice! I went in for a cracked tooth and they used 3 stages of numbing and I did not feel anything. The music is family friendly and it feels a lot like home. 10/10 highly reccomend

I love this place! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel like family. I can’t recall the name, but I believe it started with an s, or maybe an m-either way- really great front office staff, greeting me by name! Amy was my hygienist and did a phenomenal job of cleaning my teeth. One of the many things that sets this place apart is how she also explained in a way that I could understand -> the role my oral hygiene plays with the rest of my overall health. They also have really cool new ways to disinfect inflamed areas of my gums with lasers and other biofilm therapies to keep my teeth and gums happy. Top notch office and an amazing mission statement that I can tell the folks here live by. I genuinely feel cared for here. Maybe I’m a bit biased - but 5 stars all the same!

Amy did another great job cleaning my teeth. I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff and was promptly seen as scheduled. My teeth always feel super clean when I leave and I would recommend RR Dentistry to anyone new to Georgetown looking for a dental office where they can feel at home.

I was there to get an opinion about a tooth that has been bothering me for awhile now. Dr. Roberson did an x-ray,took some photos and explained the problem, and recommended what needs to be done.

Friday I go in for a root canal with not one concern. I was comforted and given multiple options with the Dentist Cory explaining toe his personal recommendation. The care I rec’d yesterday in making time to see me due to pain was exceptional. I so appreciate Dr Roach and staff for taking the time when they really had no openings. Although thankfully nothing bad was found during examination and xray, and I still have pain, Dr Roach assured me it would get better. RR dentistry is amazing.

Dr Abrams and his sweet dental hygienists, and all the office staff were exceptional examples of the Golden Rule! They explained EVERYTHING they were going to do before they did it, simply and clearly, and completely alleviated my anxiety. It's what all patients should expect, but I admit to being pleasantly astounded by how amazing they are! Christian kindness, friendliness, GENTLENESS, professionalism, and thorough patient education seems to be their standard! I usually can feel some pain with numbing injections, but not this time. This was a TOTALLY PAIN-FREE, judgement-free, LOVELY experience, with soft, beautiful music in the background. I'm SO thankful for for my friend's referral! Outstanding! I saw my hygienist Pam for a cleaning last week and had a wonderful experience. The office has invested in a new system for teeth cleaning called GBT (guided biofilm therapy). Dr. Roberson thoroughly explained two options available to treat my problem. While I was more concerned with solutions than costs, estimates of two different treatments were provided.

I found RR Dentistry in my search to find a new dentist to preform the emergency dental work I needed. My experience from start to finish was phenomenal! Everyone knew the anxiety I have experienced in the past due to bad dental work and everyone at RR Dentistry did everything they could to ensure I’d have the best treatment possible. I’d been afraid to go to a dentist for years but-thank God-I found RR Dentistry! They are very caring, kind and professional. Dr. Abrams & Taylor went above and beyond at my first appt. with a broken, infected tooth and so did Dr. Roach and Jill at my second appt. for a "dreaded”root canal and crown. Did a search for a new dentist and came across RR dentistry. I needed an emergency cleaning due to an upcoming procedure and they were able to accommodate me within a couple days. I met with Taylor, Angela and Dr Abrams. Taylor and Angela were very thorough with the X-rays and Angela is an amazing hygienist. They both know their trade and skill very well. Dr Abrams is the best dentist I’ve ever had. And I’ve had quite a few the past 45 years having moved a lot. Dr Abrams is extremely knowledgeable, explained things very clearly and I was amazed by the care and compassion he had demonstrated in regards to my situation. I feel he and his staff are genuinely concerned about your dental health and I am blessed to have stumbled upon them.

This is such a great place. From the moment you walk in the door, throughout your treatment, to when they say goodbye, everyone is so nice and professional.

There’s no place like RR Dentistry; nothing compares. The staff is friendly, efficient, caring and professional. Dr. Roach is amazing; he did my root canal this week and I was in no pain just a few hours later! State of the art practice combined with down to earth people make RR Dentistry the perfect combination. I need 10 stars for an accurate review! I’ve also been seen for other oral surgeries, procedures leading up to bridges/implants etc. Dr. Abrams has made me feel comfortable and informative with all the decisions along the way. His caring nature combined with his expectation for medical/dental perfection has made me feel 100% confident. Having to completely remodel my mouth isn’t a fun thing; but having Dr. Abrams do the work has been such a blessing.

Nobody ever likes going to the dentist, but I have to say these people really have it figured out. Liz and Dr. Smith crowned me "Prince for the Day" installing a triple crown bridge. They worked fast, constantly checking to make sure I was okay. They didn't jump around the clinic seeing other patients. They stayed focused on my dental work start to finish and showed me how the pro's do it. Great job to Dr. Smith and Liz.

Going to the dentist is lowest on my list of things to do, however Dr Roach, Amy and the office staff are wonderful. They take every precaution during this Covid experience to insure our safety. Amy is an awesome hygienist, who is fun, as well as, professional and thorough in her work. I look forward to other good experiences with this great group. 12/28/20. Just lost a crown, and Dr. Roach was able to fit me in and rebuild a new crown this afternoon. He is kind and an excellent dentist. Plus everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. Probably the most thorough dentist office I have ever worked with. From initial appointment scheduling through the comprehensive exam all of the staff was genuinely interested in your goals, health, and you as a person. The calm and relaxing office environment makes you completely at ease and WANT to go to the dentist.

The dentist is more afraid of you than you are of him… the dentist is more afraid of you than you are of him… But seriously though, guys and gals, these folks are amazing! I went in expecting the worst, and it was maybe the most minor of things they had to deal with (I somehow cut my gums). Doctor Roach was excellent and professional. Very comforting and assuring. My treatment went well. I can still feel my cut healing but I’m in a much much better place than I was a week or two ago. No complaints at all! Friendly people, great service and they’re ahead of the times with how they communicate and how they take in your info.

Everyone was so Kind and Helpful, Susie was the BEST!! From initial phone call I made, to me walking in the door to my appt! I got seated in a room within 5 min and Liz has the best chair side manner I have experienced in my 60+ years.. I was greeted and spoken too like a real person verses just another patient in the dentist chair, my fear of the dentist disappeared and felt genuinely cared for! What a wonderful experience! I was greeted with two of the prettiest ‘smiles’ that I have seen in a while..., and that was with their eyes smiling back at me, in spite of the masks! I was seated eight minutes earlier than my appointment time. Liz, the assistant, was very personable and helpful. Dr. Roach is the best shot giver ever, no pain whatsoever. The treatment that was scheduled was explained in great detail before, during and after, and the end results are beautiful. The front office/administrative staff are on top of it! Very efficient, thorough and they make you feel like family. I most certainly will go back! Dr Abrams came in on a Saturday after my son broke a tooth during a lacrosse game.

Dr. Roberson has been my family's dentist for over 15 years. I have always admired his almost pain free technique of giving me shots. I sometimes doze off while he's working. Always a pleasant experience.

Everyone associated with this dental practice is extremely patient focused. Working with the dentists here has helped me overcome a phobia that I had about dental work. Highly recommend them!

Airway focused dentistry… so grateful to have found them

I cannot rave enough about RR Dentistry! Every single person I've encountered is a true joy to work with. I used to have very serious anxiety about going to the dentist, and that's no longer the case. Dr. Roach is phenomenal. He is very gentle and kind. Lisa is more than just a hygienist. I've poured my heart out to her, and she listens. She's a real gem. I can feel the love of Jesus when I walk in, from Susie and Rhonda up front, to sitting and figuring out insurance with Sally, they are all precious. I definitely reccomend RR Dentistry!

First, the office is absolutely beautiful! Dr. Robertson and his office staff are a breeze of fresh air. We went in for a comprehensive exam and cleaning. I got a clear path to handled our dental concerns for me and my daughter. And I left the office feeling more knowledgeable about how my dental health can affect my overall health. My 9 year old daughter’s experience was so pleasant that she literally didn’t want to leave and wanted to stay talking and hanging out with the staff.

This dentist office is great about getting you in on time and not making you wait once you go back for work. The office staff is very pleasant and kind, as is my dentist, Dr. Roberson. I can't say enough good things about him as a person and a dentist. He is knowledgeable and skilled. I've had several crowns re-done by him and a new crown on an implant completed by him. He has a doctor's knowledge of what will work and a real artist's touch for creating and using materials. I've never had to have them readjusted, unlike many, many other dentists I've seen over the years. Modern equipment, friendly professionalism, skillful work - all things you want in a dentist. Called RR Denistry at 7:15 in the morning and had my appointment at 11:30. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. They made me feel very comfortable. I have a lot of work to be done. They checked everything out and made a plan for me. I would highly recommend RR Denistry.

Facility was first class. Dr and Dr aide were professional and answered all questions about new laser technology and process was as explained.

Just an update to my previous post. All the staff and doctors are so friendly it’s a pleasure visiting them. They make you feel comfortable and take their time explaining each step in the process of caring for your teeth. All the best to them as the move into their new location next door. Yesterday was their last day in their long time “home”. 11 Aug 2022 I left an email message the night before regarding a broken tooth and Susie Turner called the next morning to discuss getting an appointment during this COVID 19 pandemic. She was very helpful and worked me in as soon as she could. Really great Customer Service.

I always receive five star care from the dentists and their staff. What a warm caring place to be and you will certainly be remembered and greeted by name. I've had some challenges with my teeth and Dr. Roberson and Dr. Roach have risen to the challenge with expertise and a caring attitude. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I’ve seen both Dr.Abrams and Dr.Roach, they’re both great I didn’t feel a thing with either of them highly recommend going here.

Everyone from check in to billing.to check out is terrific. The dental assistant, hygienist, and dental staff are great. It’s all about making the patient as comfortable as possible. I had to replace a crown and they have their own in house lab so it could be done in one appointment.

Best dental practice I've ever visited, and I've been to MANY different dentist offices. The atmosphere is relaxed, you are not rushed through appointments, and the whole staff is patient, super friendly, and caring. Everyone smiles and greets you by first name, they LOVE working here. Not a typical experience where other offices may treat you with an impersonal and rushed care, no feeling of 'get through with this patient to go on to the next'. The customer service is outstanding, hygienist are super patient, always gentle and caring. If there can be such a thing as an enjoyable dental experience, this office nails it!

I have CRAZY dental anxiety and for many years have been a reactive patient. The staff at RRD is so encouraging and kind. With their help, I have managed to make a healthy choice to shift to proactive care. They have helped me come up with a plan to resolve priority issues and to prevent further issues. Love this place, their people and recommended it to anyone who will listen.

Dr. Roberson and his staff treat us like family. They make us feel special and I love how Dr. Roberson takes his time to address our concerns and needs. If you are looking for a dentist who will give you excellent care and address your needs, this is the place to go.

I took my mother to see Dr. Roberson - driving about 70 miles one way because, frankly, previous experience (probably 10 years ago when I lived in Georgetown) made me confident that he would provide my mother the best of care and carefully address her life threatening drug allergy. I was NOT disappointed and would drive 5 times the distance for what he provided which exceeded what I've mentioned... he provided compassion, respect, and tenderness. He treated my mom, who has Lewy Body Dementia but is still cognizant, with such respect and patience that I was moved to tears. His goal was obviously to provide care and treatment to my mom to give her the best possible quality of life and comfort, with dignity. He is the first professional who has made her feel seen and heard and valued. He treats the whole patient, educates the patient and family, and can use analogies and examples to explain the most complicated procedures and plans in such a way that they make total sense. He and his ENTIRE staff are worth far beyond 5 stars.... with deepest gratitude and highest recommendations,

Not a patient of RR Dentistry Georgetown….but I just might be soon! Called on a Friday afternoon with mystery tooth/jaw pain. They were booked up but the receptionist got a tech or dentist on the phone and we talked about the issues. Made me feel better about my situation and gave me good advice about pain management until I can get in to my regular dentist on Monday. I really appreciated the time they took to listen to me and offer what help they could. I will definitely consider making them my regular dentist.

I cannot say how grateful I am for this dentistry. RR took me in for a emergency root canal. My tooth was worst that I thought with a infection that went up my nasal passage. Chad Abrams DDS treated me like a brother with a lot of love. He was very professional and he and the staff stayed past closing time to help me finish my root canal. They saved my tooth and possibly my life. Definitely the best place to go and I highly recommend this place. I will be coming here for all future dental work.
