Meet Our Amazing And Caring Team

RONDA

Ronda has been apart of our team since 2000. As our office coordinator, she oversees the day to day operations and is always willing to answer any questions of yours that may arise. Her knowledge and experience of working in all areas of dentistry provides our patients with the highest quality dental treatment and care. Due to her versatility she may be seen helping out throughout the office whatever the task may be. She helps Dr’s Roberson, Smith and Roach provide optimal dental care and makes the office run seamlessly.

Ronda was born and raised in Snyder, TX and moved to Georgetown in 2000. She has 3 daughters, Karly, Kasey, and Korby. She also has 6 grandchildren and growing! She enjoys her two fury girls (yorkies) Olivia and Phoebe, 3 step children Natalie, Amanda and Aaron, C&W dancing, golfing, RV’ing with her husband Joe, competitive sports, and watching her grandkids play sports.

SUSIE

Susie joined RR Dentistry in 2013 and loves introducing new people to the practice as the New Patient Coordinator. She also manages the hygiene schedule and will help you make an appointment. Susie’s twin grandsons, Carson and Clayton and grand-daughter Annaleigh are a constant joy in her life! She enjoys reading and hanging out with her kids, Michael and his wife Lauren and sons Scott and Blake.

SALLY

Sally – Office Insurance Ninja – is our West Coast Transplant with ties From California, Washington and Georgia. She is now feeling settled in Cedar Park Texas with her “Mr. Wonderful” Douglas and their pup named “SummerTime.” Both enjoy getting out and exploring Texas in their motorhome when they are not making the Trek to Georgia to visit their Granddaughter Cadence.

Sally brings to RR Dentistry 30 plus years of dental experience where she has excelled both in dental management and clinical training. She thrives in customer service and helping our patients get the most from their dental benefits in a timely fashion.

PAM – RDH

Pam has been a hygienist for over 20 years and has worked in our office since 2001. She grew up in Wichita Falls where she attended Midwestern State University. She achieved her BAAS and Associate in Dental Hygiene.

Pam is happily married to her high school sweetheart. They have two sons, Blaike and Austin and a precious daughter in law Tiffani married to Blaike. She enjoys family, tennis and outside activities. She has a love for people and finds it an honor to work as a dental hygienist.

AMY S. – RDH

Amy received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree for Dental Hygiene from Texas Women’s University in 1996. She is married to her amazing husband Travis for 10 years. They have a daughter Megan and son Samuel. In Amy’s “spare” time she coaches a club volleyball team. She also loves hunting, watching college football (especially the Aggies!) and hanging out with her family. Amy’s family is the most important thing in her life next to the Almighty himself.

AMYE B. – RDH

 Amye B. has been a hygienist for 9 years. Raised in Cedar Park/Leander, she and her husband now live in Liberty Hill with their four beautiful children Emerald, Paisley, Trevan and Liberty along with an extensive collection of pets (dogs, cats, fish, goats, lizards and hermit crabs)!

They enjoy adventures such as building their own barndominium house and are having fun learning to build and install everything themselves. In their spare time, they enjoy camping, fishing, and hiking. Amye loves learning new things and expanding her horizons. “Helping people learn more about their oral health is the best part of my job! There is so much exciting research in oral health! Remember, you only have to floss the teeth you want to keep!”

Jan – RDH

Jan originally became part of our family/team as a substitute dental hygienist in September 2014. Prior to that, she worked in a private practice in San Antonio, Texas and was a dental hygiene clinical instructor at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in the 1980’s. Since moving to Georgetown in 2013, she has gone back into the world of academia as an adjunct faculty member of the Dental Hygiene School at Temple College in Temple, Texas, and has been working with us on a part time basis.

Jan is married and has four children and six grandchildren. Their family is the recipient of unconditional love from their eighteen year old basset hound/dachshund mix, Sophie, whom they rescued fourteen years ago. Jan’s favorite pastime is tennis and she loves music, traveling and boating. After being in the dental field for many decades, especially the time she spent as a substitute dental hygienist and witnessing such a variety of offices and the dynamics involved, Jan would like to convey to the current and prospective patients of RR Dentistry that you are truly blessed to have

LIZ – RDA

Liz is one of our certified dental assistants and works with Dr.’s Roberson, Roach and Smith to assist in providing our patients with the most quality dental treatment.  She has worked in the dental field since 1988 and joined our team August 1997. She is also in charge of making sure all the dental equipment is maintained.

Liz grew up in Thrall, Texas and married, Stephen, in 1997.  They have two beautiful daughters, Madison 15 and Kendal 12. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys hunting, fishing, baking and watching her daughters play sports.

Emma – RDA

Emma is one of our registered dental assistants and works with Dr.’s Roberson, Roach and Smith to provide our patients with the best dental care available.  After working in a dental office during high school, Emma realized her interest was in dentistry.

As a dental assistant, Emma seeks to ensure her patients are comfortable at each appointment. Most rewarding to her is seeing a patient with a confident smile after treatment and empowering them to take control of their dental care. She thoroughly enjoys working with the team at RR Dentistry and always looks forward to making her patients’ dental experiences better.

Emma was raised in Cedar Park and settled down in Leander with her husband Joe and three dogs Skyya, Pyper, and Bo. She loves decorating, entertaining, fishing and most of all spending time with her two adorable twins Maddox and Everly.

Vanessa – RDA

Vanessa is a Registered Dental Assistant that joined the RR Dentistry Team in 2012. Educating her patients while providing compassionate and gentle care is a priority for Vanessa. She loves learning about and increasing her skills in dentistry, especially with the latest technology.

Born in Las Vegas, Nevada, she was raised in California. Vanessa moved to Texas with her active 5 year old daughter, Aleena. They enjoy taking advantage all the outdoor activities in the Georgetown and Austin areas.

Kayla – RDA

Kayla joined the RR Dentistry team in 2016, and has been a RDA since 2007. She loves working with patients and helping them achieve their dental goals. Ensuring that patients are comfortable and have the best experience possible is a priority for Kayla.

Kayla and her husband Craig live in Liberty Hill and are building their dream home. They are looking forward to make memories with their son Landon and daughter Dylan in their new home. She also enjoys baking, competing in B-B-Q competitions, and watching her son play baseball.

Lisa – RDA

Lisa joined RR Dentistry December 2017 and has been in Dentistry since 1995.  With many years of experience, her great passion is educating and devoting herself to complete patient care.  

She has been married to her husband, Steve, for 26 years. They have two amazing children, Kayla and Shane. Kayla is an RN and made them grandparents in 2018! Their son Shane serves in the United States Army as an Infantryman.  During her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending time with with her grandson Connor and of course the rest of her family too! Her greatest joy is having both of her kids together when her son comes home. She also enjoys seeing live music with her husband.
